are dying.

These dying sycamore trees are across from San Marcos High School. I do not know, how exactly, low oxygen water is killing the Sycamores but the timing of this indicates that is probably what is happening. I noticed in the spring that the trees were not greening properly. The tops looked as though they were dying. Here the tops have been pruned. Typically in nature Sycamor trees get most of their water from the creek they grow next to. These were planted and so cannot be effected by MTBE unless it is airborne. Can we allow NAFTA to usurp U.S. law designed to protect our futures.

In the photo below the pruned tops can be seen.
