Santa Barbara Counties Response to the Freedom of Information Act Request.
This is not an appropriate response in a civilized society when priorities of life and death have been invoked by information of a threat that has been competently communicated. Beginning in January of 1997 I have been trying to warn government of a severe threat to peoples lives from the unconscious and compulsive abuses of this ancient knowledge of hypnosis.
Government through the courts has been destroying court case files concerning ancient abuses of hypnosis. The inquisitions and Salem Massachusetts are examples. Native people are aware that the denial of the courts extended, in the past, to arrests and commitment of people who were influenced by "pagan" abuses of hypnosis, for the governmental purposes of getting rid of them in the completion of a denial process.
Our present system has checks and balances intended to found our societies legal activities in absolute accountability and reason in the protection of individual rights. Arrest and booking records must be matched one by one with insanity actions to be sure each individuals rights are respected. When these arrest and booking records are not made available our civilization is compromised as we slip back into the unaccountable, tyrannical, unreasonable corruption of medieval times.
Superior court case #226736 is an example of a negligent abuse of power used to create an "official" status for me of "fixed delusions", through an intake evaluation performed in 1996 by Santa Barbara County Mental Health. They have been using that incompetent evaluation to discount my efforts to establish an official understanding of this ancient form of hypnosis running amuck in our society. Santa Barbara county is responsible for the problem but unaccountable and citizens are too afraid to even openly support my efforts let alone object publically to these blatent violations of law.
After children started killing children in schools in late 1997, I realized that a suit of negligent malpractice might create a way for government to understand what was possible without threatening the exposure of the many prominant names in the arrest and booking records documenting the insanities while also initiating a court supervised rapport with mental health that might hasten the development of appropriate treatments. Even I am amazed at my naivete. This is what happens when ALL information on the subject is removed from society.
