Freedom of information act request

It took two requests for access to the arrest and booking records for the period of 1856 to 1909 for Santa Barbara County to produce this denial. The County Counsel is citing law intended to give access to citizens of records to deny citizens access to records. The California public records act actually says "public records are records written after 1975". Our past is slipping away. How can we wonder why our culture is fragmenting into dysfunctional ambivalent groups. Groups confused as to the very reason for caring about any of the severe problems descending on us.

These arrest and booking records document a mass insanity that occurred in Santa Barbara in 1876. Native American Medicine People attempting to force an official understanding so that they might functionally practice their religion of hypnosis within a culture able to fully benefit from their knowledge of the subconscious mind gained through centuries of probing with ancient, sophisticated hypnosis. Government denies then and now.

About the time this FOIA denial arrived the prejudice judge in case #220298 refused to disqualify himself. A violation of the express intent to provide the public with protection from prejudicial judges, provided California Civil Code of Procedure 170.6 and a serious abuse of power.
