His prejudice is obvious in his responses to my allegations. The judge also demonstrates his non compliance with his oath of office by his lack of concern for the safety of the public due to failures of the County to perform its governmental duties. When combined with the ATTACHMENT written by the DA with the judges inability to be fair and follow his oath, a hideous pattern of something much more than denial begins to emerge.
