Transcript Demonstrating Prejudice

His prejudice is obvious in his responses to my allegations. The judge also demonstrates his non compliance with his oath of office by his lack of concern for the safety of the public due to failures of the County to perform its governmental duties. When combined with the ATTACHMENT written by the DA with the judges inability to be fair and follow his oath, a hideous pattern of something much more than denial begins to emerge. I am discriminated against.

It is clear the judge has a prejudice against me and my case. I should have appealed his decision to not disqualify himself but had no attorney and the appeal process is a demanding, technical challenge. I felt another legal action directed at the medical malpractice might be a better way to approach the court so I waited until trial to see how the judge would perform.
