Statement of the Superior Court Clerk

The response of the Superior Court Clerk was by far the most straight forward and timely. A very responsible office taking their accountability of the records they have on hand as far as possible, considering the situation. An example I appreciate, thank you.
Government agencies that respond in this way contribute to our understanding; of history, of learning, mistakes, evolution, public protection, education, welfare, progress and the general well being of people.
From Superior Court Clerk statement we learn 2 significant things.
1. There were 327 insanity actions of the court in a 53
year period,
2. Seventy two people went insane in the period of 1876 to 1878.
Nearly one quarter of the insanity actions for a 53 year
period all occur within 2 years.
Now compare to the Declaration of George
Michael Skuse.
