Collusion
I was given this citation after the private investigator for the DA asked me for my divers license. He could have only been in position to follow me if the judge had alerted him of his decision before the hearing. This was when I realized that the system was discriminating against me. Firstly by not providing equal protection under the law, then by the prejudice making this event possible.
