Confirmation Letter
this letter confirms my appointment with Santa Barbara Mental Health Director and Chief medical Doctor had occured and that they would carry my request to the California State metal Health Department to finally advise me in writing of the States answer.
It ended up that I could not get the response of the State to the County even verbally. I implimented the;
