RE; Protection for my family and residents of Santa Barbara.

Dear Gerry Spence,

I am somewhat of a neighbor. My son lives at his Grandparents near you. A friend who knew of your purchase of the property in Montecito provided me with this address. Otherwise I certainly wouldn't have a way to find you. I apologize for the invasion if I'm mailing a letter of business to a man who doesn't want to be bothered at home.

The included copies of documents and the summary attached to them outline a contemporary pattern of negligence and denial by the County of Santa Barbara, corruption in local government that is endangering lives. Unfortunately it is my responsibility to address the problems if I am to be certain that my children are protected from uncontrolled and unconscious hypnosis practiced by Native Medicine people here as well as elsewhere.

I am being forced to attempt legal actions to achieve official understandings of the Medicine peoples abilities and not being very good at playing the legal game assures the continued illegal manipulation of many people. The Medicine people want to stop what they are doing. I need your assistance, the people need our assistance in order to stop the Medicine people and for psychologists to make up for the missing knowledge contained in nearly 1500 missing insanity actions from 1876.

RE; Justice with reason.

Dear Robert F. Landheer,

On 2/1/99 I introduced myself after a hearing of the people vs Pryor and White. This letter is unlike any you have ever received and will communicate many things you have never heard of that are concern of all of us regarding a full or robust application of reason and impartiality by the judicial system as well as government generally in the fulfillment of legally defined duties.

The integrity and diligence of your argument for your client was exceptional while it conveyed, to me, a statement of understanding/acceptance of human behavior lacking fear of the judicial system with full abeyance to the "rule of law". All of my perceptions say that you are a person who values the law working for the people by virtue of truth and reason. This is why this letter comes to you.

In your job you normally face the peoples prosecuting attorney in the defense of your client who faces criminal charges. If our relationship is to fulfill greater possibilities you will be known in the future as the true, peoples attorney. There is an activity which has a historical relationship to law and the justice system, that is occurring, which, if there was an understanding of HOW the activity is being conducted it would be criminal. The activity is responsible for the lack of impartiality or reason found in today's courtroom. However there is no understanding because the understanding is controlled by the justice system. All activities defined as criminal that are created by the activity or HOW it is being done are ignored because there is no understanding. The activity in or out of the justice system continues unrecognized and monumental problems (really) are going to be created, for the people, criminal and otherwise, by the activity, if an understanding is not created.

Since no understanding exists the criminality can only be established in a civil action, and since the judicial system unknowingly is involved it will not allow an understanding of HOW. So the legal battle has the essence of a criminal action in that the civil attorney must be aggressive with the mechanics of law in the same way the peoples prosecuting attorney is compelled to use law to protect the people. Civil attorneys who are conforming to the existing judicial system will not take this role and lack the aggressiveness that criminal defense attorneys possess.

If you perceive in what I share, that a paradox is being addressed and how important it is to do so, please contact me because I can support, circumstancially, with factual evidence my claim.

RE; Protecting children and gun rights.

Dear Charlton Heston, NRA,

All of us are faced with a difficult decision, truth or violence.

These kinds of truths;

"Guns don't kill people, people kill people." and "The human subconscious possesses an old unused animal mind that acts on compulsions."

Simple rational thinking makes the following statement true,

"If knowledge is denied and it is used to hurt you, you won't know why you are hurting."

Exploitation of the compulsions of the old animal mind is WHY so much extreme violence has become associated with guns. It is also how the violence in schools is being created to force citizens to require government to gain an understanding of the subconscious mind.

There is an old truth about our subconscious mind. Ancient skills of hypnosis became exclusively subconscious as the result of a deeply historical campaign of persecution and denial. Then unknown after the burning of books and court case files concerning knowledge defining the possible extents of manipulation of the subconscious human mind that can create bizarre and extreme behaviors, insanity and violence.

Native American Medicine people are showing us what we see as an inexplicably severe pattern of violence. We don't know why these students are killing but they are and it will continue until Santa Barbara county fulfills State laws and its duty by giving the truth to the public concerning, 1000+, missing insanity actions from 1876-'85. If that truth doesn't come out and the reason those students used those guns in those ways is not understood, the American publics rights to bear arms will be compromised.

RE; Protecting children with television.

Dear Steve Allen,

Since I was a child I have perceived your decency over the television so I am not surprised to find you working for this cause now.

The filth, sex, vulgarity, etc. described in the APPEAL is a natural but negative aspect of the (old) human, animal mind. Our society is totally bereft of an adequate understanding of this aspect of ourselves. There are many secret societies present in today's populations that are completely uncontrolled in their uses of ancient knowledge of the human primordial mind because of the denial of the knowledge by U.S. government and the courts.

Simple rational thinking makes the following statement true,

Knowledge has been removed from western society because of fear and other deep compulsions known in the minds of those people who are members of the secret societies. Native American Medicine people are MASTERS of this knowledge. They have been deeply wounded by the treatment of US government and carry too much fear or anger to do any more than force me to attempt to contact influential individuals wherever I may for the purposes of gaining allies in compelling government to follow laws that protect people.

RE; Rape, Aggression and the subconscious mind.

Dear Rape Crisis Center,

I have begun an exchange that I realized should be very much in your interest dealing with treatment for correctable disorders of the subconscious mind. I attach a letter to a Santa Maria Judge presiding over a molestation case in which my daughter is the victim. Since you are a Santa Barbara based organization, local events that define understandings of psychology pertinent to preventing sexual assaults, molestation and battery could further the organization in its mission.

To familiarize you with my perspective of knowledge that can treat the disorders that causes male violence against women I include excerpts from an exchange over the internet that was one of my efforts to find concerned people willing to support research that law enforcement or government can use to treat potential perpetrators.

This is a difficult subject. Unconscious hypnosis on children that patterns them for life. People are terrified just by thinking of it. There are many that think that my presentation could be more reserved, diplomatic or conservative. I see this as delay and have learned that directness saves time and if the fear is so great then time isn't going to reduce the reaction. Only timely adjustment to the information or its strangeness after a shock seems to help.

Of course the same basic methods used to stop potential rapists can be used to treat the emotional and spiritual scars the victims suffer. I will say that immediate treatment of this type can greatly reduce the damage to self esteem while reduction of fears and sexual dysfunction's may be dramatically offset in their depth of established pattern in the individual.

A new millennium is near. Time to dust off old truths and use them to evolve. Communicate please.

RE; The subconscious mind and domestic violence.

Dear Rebecca Robertson,

This letter incorporates keywords selected from your brochure found at the county board of supervisors meeting of 10/6/99. One word is conspicuously missing from the brochure, prevention although it can be seen as copiously implied by reading this letter. The red figures in the lobby on 10/6 underline psychologically, anger and death. This letter will test Shelter services to see if it is angry enough to address disorders of the subconscious mind to ultimately prevent much domestic violence and death.

To address the subconscious barriers to leaving an abusive realtionship, a preventative measure, it is appropriate to point out that fear is of the subconscious mind as is the anger and aggression of reprisal. There are subconscious reasons why women might feel shame or guilt and responsibility. If women knew there was treatment that could address the very private and personal matters (subconscious) of their relationships they might seek or recommend treatment for any involved in abusive family relationships.

A woman's economic dependence can be based in subconscious fixations that prevent her from applying herself to employment. Independence is an aspect of social conditioning which in itself is a phrase applied to conditional functions of the subconscious mind. A mothers concern for her children is obviously shared by Shelter Services because love is of the subconscious mind and intervention implies prevention of a repeated cycle.

Without direct treatment of the subconscious mind of children who observe domestic violence grow who have an 80% chance of repeating the cycle, Shelter Services intervention is limited in its implied effect to prevent the repeat cycle. Treatment for dependency on drug and alcohol that does not implement treatment of the subconscious mind relies on an individual who already possesses fundamentally healthy unconscious conditioning concerning functional, evolving family life.

The hopeless depression of the trap and the potential for suicide created by conditions of an abusive relationship is founded in the subconscious mind exclusively. The effects of treatment to the subconscious mind will provide transitional, long term positive changes that incorporate natural, spiritual dynamics that achieve within; women, children, and men a peaceful and loving domestic environment without intensive training.

True emotional support can only be applied to the subconscious mind and it must recognize the natural, individual evolutionary program that is instinctual to all human beings to empower protection for the family. An optimally effective leadership role in effecting social change by educating any human being must begin by recognizing that; Love, sexuality and aggression are aspects of the subconscious mind and part of being human.

Treatment for the human subconscious does not exist yet in a form tangible to psychology at this time, which in itself, considering the validity of the preceding paragraphs, is dismal. My recent understandings of the unconscious mind need to be proven to protect families and the included copies of letters to County Departments seeking support through requesting letters to the State Department of Mental Health needs your support.

The process of development of treatment for the subconscious mind to; women, children, and men should start with men who have a history as sex offenders, domestic violence or drug addiction. The included letters demonstrate that there are men who are ready and willing to participate. After the treatment is proven on the serious offenders, adaptation of the technique can provide DRAMATIC effects for victims and all members of families.

I request that Shelter Services for Women send written support for this experimental treatment to;

An additional letter to the State Department of Mental Health will provide an needed example of the public understanding of the fundamental relationship of the subconscious mind to abusive family relationships and their perpetuation. Please support this important step in our evolution.

RE: Cover letter for included material, and legislative decisions.

Dear Shawn Hubler,

An issue of missing public information has, can, and is causing the public serious problems. The included information details some of my effort to gain public information from Santa Barbara County concerning the profound potential of treating, with augmented (Nitrous oxide) hypnosis, directly the human unconscious mind.

The copies outline an exchange between myself and Senator Jack O'Connell and the inclusion eventually of Assembly woman Helen Thomson. Psychology has been deprived of information about human behavior potential of hypnotically programmed instruction to the unconscious mind making the resultant information available to legislation inadequate. I expect legislators to be aggressive in the acquisition of as much information in the public information as can be used to facilitate proper legislation serving the short and long term needs of the people.

This is the least I can attempt to effect for benefit to the world my children will live in. Your article of December 9, 1999 underlines another more chilling aspect I am aware of, protecting children in day cares from being hypnotically inducted by unconscious compulsion. I attach a copy of "Understanding The Native American Medicine Person" to underline how easily a deep trance basis can be created.

I have personally been shown a 3.5 year old Medicine child in a cataleptic state by the boys father so I would realize the methods by which a widespread influence has been secretly applied to many people around the nation.

The millennium is about behavior, compulsion and the primordial animal mind or ways of influencing it. The sooner we see our evolutionary program that makes us unified in our opinions the sooner we can offset the denial of our unconscious instinct or our need to address clinically recognized, civily developed methods of direct treatment of the unconscious, the sooner we can detect and treat the extreme life threatening behaviors that flourish irrationally around us.

A letter to the editor is appropriate although the issues are complex. I have written one and been told it doesn't work well the people need to know what is happening. Your article on this subject could integrate excerpts from the letters to improve the transmission of the message.
