Subpoena Duces Tecum
There was no time for a proper subpoena. Somewhere I had seen the form for a facsimile subpoena of documents. There was another advantage. The Child Protective Services and the court could be sure that the confidentiality of the record would be maintained. The only reason for the confidentiality is to protect the person making the report. In the affidavit below I state the identity of the reporting party.
