By the 2nd Amended complaint it is easy to see that the county defendants are violating their oaths, my civil rights and the constitution of the State as well as the United States. The judge only has to look at the subpoena denials to know this. Why isn't he agressive with upholding the law?
Kids lives are endangered and the judge can't
examine the file to see if it contains the proofs of service.
