Knowing that a circus is staged I decide to get some essential words in concerning what needs to happen. The south entrance to the court house has a stone arch over it. The court room this is taking place in is the closest room to the south entrance. Carved in the arch are the words, "Reason is the life of the law".
Following my statement the recites his prepared denial.
Below the county counsel is distracting the judge with erroneous information concerning service. Everybody was served and the proofs of service are in the file. Demonstrating the judge has not even looked at the file let alone read anything.
The complaint is understandable and several people who read it told me so. Here on the internet there is only the 2nd Amended complaint. Above the judge displays his eagerness to get the case out of his court room. Basic prejudice towards the case.
