Motion for Order to Show Cause for Not Prohibiting Harassment and Discriminate Law Enforcement.
As a motion for an order to show cause when the motion is denied the denial order should "show cause" or the reason for the denial.

To Defendants attorneys of record, County of Santa Barbara:
Plaintiff hereby does move for a MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE for not prohibiting Santa Barbara County Solid Waste Management employee, Geoffrey Simpson, from discriminately using S.B. County code 23-16 to harass Christopher A. Brown. The motion is based on the NOTICE OF MOTION, the REQUEST FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE introduced as EVIDENCE justifying production of an ORDER and the declaration of Christopher A. Brown, and on such evidence as may be presented at the hearing of the motion.

PLAINTIFFS REQUESTS FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE
OF DISCRIMINATE LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Christopher A. Brown, the plaintiff in this legal action introduces the attached undated exhibit letter, ABANDONED, WRECKED OR INOPERATIVE VEHICLES OR PARTS THEREOF, received on June 20, 2000 as harassment. Many vehicles that are in the Goleta area are genuinely abandoned or wrecked. His vehicle is covered and not a nuisance. The plaintiff in this civil action is the target of a conspiracy gone unchecked despite his legal efforts to protect himself. EXHIBIT THREE, the letters denying witness and documents subpoenaed in case 220298 demonstrate the Counties violations of his civil rights or equal protection of the law. The conspiracy has subjected the injured plaintiff to many debilitating events; staged and intentionally caused auto accidents, psychiatric malpractice, frauds, assaults, thefts, false arrest and impoverishment. Plaintiffs children have been psychologically harmed directly as well as indirectly which distracts plaintiff from completing repairs to the vehicle in question. Throughout plaintiff has continued to comprehensively act to protect his children and children in County schools.
JUSTIFICATION OF ORDER PROHIBITING HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATE ENFORCEMENT.
Plaintiffs continuous attention to the prevention of violence in County schools through comprehensive actions directed at the County Mental Health Department and the Board of supervisors are in lieu of discretionary and lawful performance of duties by the County. Distraction of the plaintiff from his activities of information to County government agencies relating to the root causes of the violence in schools nationwide, by discrimination or harassment that threaten to further impoverish him (plaintiff has over $1,500.00 in components waiting to be installed in the vehicle) constitutes a severe threat to the lives of children in County schools and CHILD ENDANGERMENT.
REQUEST FOR ORDER
Plaintiff respectfully requests that the order of the court resulting from this motion address Geoffrey Simpson of Solid Waste Management, Public Works Department and prohibit his discriminate and harassing action or threats of vehicle abatement towards plaintiff.
DECLARATION OF CHRISTOPHER A. BROWN
I Christopher A. Brown Declare on June 20, 2000 under the penalty of the laws of perjury of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
