An extended aspect of the conspiracy has me doing things that create problems for me. The top citation. I was hypnotically
instructed to park a few feet into the red in order to give another parking place behind me. My magnanimity exists beyond degrees I can control. The particular parking spot is immediatly adjacent to the Police Station parking lot and is an odd length that is short just enough for my parking to make an extra place. Had I recieved appropriate treatment when I first went to the Mental Health Department (see case 226736) I would not have been parking there. Had the judge on 9/8/98 not allowed contempt of court or called the non objecting defendant to the stand as was his duty this citation would never have been issued. I went to the law library for reference material to apply to case 226736.
The above citation was given while the Columbine High School shooting was taking place. To this date 9/8/00, I still cannot pay the penalty.
