EXHIBIT SEVENTEEN
The extended conspiracy described in case 220298, prolonged and extended by the judge when he collusively allowed contempt of court by the denial of subpoena duces tecum for witness and evidence, the custodian of public records, as well as by the judges failure to call a non objecting defendant to the stand, is responsible for the living situation I am in. I live in a tract house that has been divided into tiny bedrooms, all rented out for the maximum amount. During the winter of 1999 the owner actually rented out rooms in an addition to the house that was unfinished. One of the tenants there was a woman with a crack cocaine addiction. I tried to treat her fairly and allowed her to use my phone and gave her rides. When she wanted me to exchange a twenty dollar bill for a bag of quarters I realized she was stealing from the vending machines at motel 6 where she worked. After I lent her $20 dollars and kept asking her to pay me she began to resent me. On earth day April 22, she and her boyfriend argued from 1:00 AM until dawn. When the beer bottle hit the side of the building I live in I called 911.
Revenge for this act is found in her performing a false citizens arrest on me with the help of the Santa Barbara County Sheriffs Department. When I went to court I found the District Attorney rejected the case for prosecution.

Copy of citation and request to the District Attorney to prosecute for false arrest.
