Surprise Continuance
The timing of this indicates that my filing of a subpoena
in another case to be heard on 10/19/2000 has the judge thinking he could
look very wrong in his decision to grant the Counties Demurrer resulting
in the hurried service. The envelope didn't have cancelled postage.
