When lawyers use liberty to educate themselves in the uses of law solely for the purposes of pursuing happiness and that becomes a uniform reason for practicing law, the vitally needed function of protecting life is compromised. The Declarator does not have a truth page or a justice page because American Courts won't recognize these essentials to civilization equally for all.
Truth is the first element of law as a practice by a people, without it justice cannot exist.
Respect for the absolute need of the court to seek with zeal, the truth, in protection of life, is the foundation of an evolutionary civilization.
Understanding our mistakes and learning from them is the great empowerment the people find in law.
It is not possible to say enough about law in the Declarator, as is in life. As you continue law will come up over and over.
